Ingredients
- 125 g butter
 - 3 tbsp brown sugar
 - 4 tbsp ground almonds
 - 2 eggs
 - 250 g flour
 - 100 g strawberries
 - 100 g raspberries
 - 1 bar of white chocolate
 - 1 lemon, squeezed
 
Preparation
- In a saucepan, mix together the flour, brown sugar, ground almonds and one egg.
 - Add the butter, cut into small pieces, and mix by hand with quick movements until you achieve a homogenous dough.
 
- Roll out the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
 - Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half. In a bowl, mix them together with the raspberries, brown sugar and lemon juice.
 - Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of ground almonds in the centre. Add the white chocolate and then the fruit.
 - Fold the edges over the fruit and brush the dough with an egg wash. Finish off by sprinkling brown sugar all over the top.
 - Bake for 30 min. at 180ºC.
