Method
Dough:

Blanch the spinach and blend in an electric mixer.

Add the egg, flour, salt, baking powder and pepper. Mix well. Leave to stand while preparing the filling.

Filling:
Combine the goat’s cheese with a little cream.
Whip the rest of the cream and gradually add the goat’s cheese.

Cook the dough in a pan.

Place on a plate and add the filling.
Add salmon roe, smoked salmon or ham if desired.
