Pour the whipping cream into the bowl of a mixer.

Beat the cream for 15 minutes, until the butter solids separate from the liquid (buttermilk).

Strain with a clean muslin or a plant-based milk filter.

Let mixture stand.

Add the salt and dried flowers.

Mold into desired shape and store in the refrigerator.

Spread on a slice of toast.
