LEMON PASTA 
 WITH GREEN OLIVES, TOASTED ALMONDS, CAPERS AND DILL 
 SERVES 2 | 30 MINUTES | EASY 
 INGREDIENTS 
 1/2 
 lemon 
 1 
 clove of garlic 
 300 g 
 dried pasta 
 3 
 tbsp olive oil 
 20 g 
 capers 
 1 
 bunch of dill 
 5 
 green pitted olives 
 30 g 
 sliced almonds 
 50 g 
 parmesan 
 250 ml 
 cream 
 METHOD  01  
 Bring a saucepan of water to boil, add a good pinch of salt and stir in the pasta. 
 Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced garlic and capers over a low heat for 5 minutes. 
 Add the lemon juice, lemon peel, cream, salt and pepper. 
 METHOD  02  
 When the pasta is ready, remove from the pan with the help of a slotted spoon and add it to the pan with the sauce. Toss through the sauce to coat the pasta and you’re ready to serve.
