Tofu 
 WITH RED BERRY SYRUP 
 4 servings | 40 minutes 
 Ingredients 
-  1 tofu 
-  100 g sugar 
-  100 ml water 
-  200 g red berries 
-  1 vanilla pod 
-  1 lime 
 
                  Preparation
               
-  Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan. Add the vanilla and leave to infuse over low heat for 10 minutes. 
-  Turn off the heat, add the lemon and red berries and leave to cool.

                          Serve a portion of tofu in soup plates, drizzle the top with the hot syrup and garnish with flowers.
