Living in the countryside, in La Garrotxa, means being in constant contact with nature. Since she was a child, Martina has learned to follow the rhythm of the seasons and to appreciate the silence of the countryside. From picking the first strawberries, elderberry or entering the chicken coop... simple gestures that inspire her way of cooking. Each dish honours nature.
