RETURNS
Returns must be made within 30 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.
Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.
The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.
Bear in mind that personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a quality defect.
Gift boxes cannot be exchanged or returned.
AT A DROP POINT
If you made the purchase through your account on our website: log in with your username and password. You can request the return from the order details.
If you made the purchase as a guest: request the return by clicking on the link that appears in any of the emails we have sent you about your order, or from the “Guest purchase” section that you can find at the bottom of the website, in the “Contact” section.
After processing the request, you will receive a return label that you must print and bring along with your package to the chosen collection point.
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.
