The Café Cecilia Cookbook captures the essence of Café Cecilia, a neighbourhood restaurant in London that has won over an international following from the worlds of art and fashion. This is the debut book from chef Max Rocha, whose cuisine blends seasonal ingredients, Irish culinary tradition and the recipes he grew up with.

The book features 100 recipes, from breakfast through to dinner, including signature dishes and seasonal creations, as well as soups, salads, breads, pastries, fish, meat and vegetables.
